As of Monday 8th of June 2020, our store will reopen as normal. The safety of our staff and customers is our priority, so we completed a risk assessment and have taken the following measures to ensure that we can provide as safe an environment as possible. As always, we are happy to take orders over the phone and via the website, but should you prefer to see our smiling faces, then please see our procedures below. (1) We will be asking customers to maintain the 2m distance rule at all times and we have fitted floor markers to help. (2) To allow this 2m rule, we will limit the number of people in the store at any one time. (3) We will be providing hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities. Please use these on entering and exiting the store. (4) We have fitted perspex screens at the till areas. (5) Toilet facilities will be closed to the public. (6) Some areas of the store will be restricted to a limited number of customers. To help us achieve this, we would ask that if you have any symptoms, to not make the journey to the store and instead, call us or purchase on our website. We look forward to seeing you in-store.

Thanks to everyone who has supported us during this difficult time. We continue to be open for mail order/phone sales, website sales, email enquiries and to help our existing customers with advice and issues. We continue to offer delivery and collection options,and we are now offering a limited installation
service. This will include both freestanding and integrated appliances. We will have procedures in place to ensure the safety of both our staff and our customers. To discuss the install, please call our store between the hours of Monday to Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm or email us a contact number to
firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you in return. Some restrictions will apply.
Please email us prior to placing an order on the website to ensure stock accuracy and delivery. Someone will respond.
